Every M.Pressed custom item is made to order. Unfortunately, there are no refunds UNLESS it is deemed an extenuating circumstance.  

Washing clothing items with patches in cold water on a gentle cycle is best. Avoid using hot water or a high-speed spin cycle, as these can cause the patches to loosen or fall off. Additionally, refrain from heat drying or placing items in the dryer in order to maintain the best durability!
